I cannot thank you enough for making my daughter's Sweet Sixteen party a memorable one. From start to finish, the professional yet comfortable atmosphere was beyond measure!! I have coordinated many events (weddings, birthday parties, retirement parties, etc.) and I must say yours was the best. Your professionalism is truly impressive. Tara and Melissa kept me informed of every detail in the planning phase. The meal will be talked about for years to come. Simply put... YOURS IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! As you can see, not a single evaluation is below 5 out of 5! And this is an outstanding result, especially in view of the complex party design for our two celebrations – a birthday anniversary and a wedding engagement – as well as the use of some non-traditional features: combination of live and CD music, bringing and preparing the piano and microphones, adhering to a pretty complicated timeline, and a Power Point presentation on a large screen. The knowledgeable and helpful staff did an excellent job of making the party as smooth and merry as it goes. EVERYBODY preparing and executing the celebration acted not just as an excellent professional, but as a good and cheering friend and it really helped to create an excellent and memorable party. Not only me, but all the guests were extremely satisfied! Thank you very much – all of you!

The staff at The Windsor Ballroom went above and beyond our expectations. From the food to the friendliness of the staff, we were amazed. The attention to detail really made the night perfect. Anything we asked for throughout the planning of the wedding and the nigh of the wedding was delivered without a question. They truly catered to our every need. All of our guests have been raving about the amount and quality of the food. Everything the night of our wedding went perfectly thanks to the staff at the Windsor Ballroom.

We had an AMAZING, AMAZING wedding at the Windsor Ballroom. From start to finish, the entire staff was so welcoming, accommodating, and truly made everything feel so personable! Your maitre d' absolutely does his job perfectly! He practically tripped over himself to make everyone, especially my fiancé and I, feel sooo welcome! I can't put into words what an amazing job everyone did. All of our guests raved and complimented on what a wonderful experience they all had. Thank you to everyone! I would recommend the Windsor Ballroom to anyone. They truly value and pay great attention to every detail for your event!

I was extremely happy with the whole facility. It served my expectations and even more. Tara was very helpful and the banquet manager was on top of my every need the night of the event. Everyone raved about the food and the service of the hotel. I would recommend this establishment to any friends and family. The whole experience was amazing.

Everything was perfect from our 1st appointment, from when we decided to have our wedding here until the day after our wedding. Tara was great!!! The service was wonderful! Our guests our still talking about how this was one of the best weddings they have been to. We were 100% satisfied with everything... our wedding day was perfect!!! We will recommend the hotel and banquet facility to others!!

It was a pleasure to meet you the other night and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation.
My daughter and her fiancé visited many places searching for the right spot for the wedding reception however, it was when she came back from seeing the Holiday Inn that I could see the sparkle in her eye, lit with excitement. She could barely stop raving about all of the things you offered. Her excitement was expressed when she spoke of the hotel accommodations available for our out of town guests and did not end until she finished talking of all the various amenities offered in your packages. The part of the appointment that really "sealed the deal" for her and her fiancé was when they walked into the ballroom -- they both immediately "saw" their reception in the Windsor Ballroom. They both saw themselves dancing and celebrating their wedding there and they could visualize their guests leaving at the end of the night saying "that was a great time tonight!"
It was after I had the opportunity to meet you that I was able to totally understand their excitement. Your patience with our questions or concerns never made us feel that you have already heard them hundreds of times. I especially appreciate knowing that you do not "yes" us -- if you feel an idea might not work, you politely offer an alternative and then we chatted through to a solution.
Their wedding day is a celebration of their love and being able to celebrate it at the Windsor Ballroom is an event we are all looking forward to. The peace of mind that I have in knowing that you and your team will be overseeing each phase is priceless. Thank you for what you have done so far and in advance for what I know you will be doing over the months to come to assist them towards their very special day.

Thank you so much for helping my fiancé & I decide to choose The Windsor Ballroom for our wedding reception. When we first met with you, I was completely set on another venue & really only continuing to look at a few more because my fiancé wanted to "just make sure". When we came into the Holiday Inn, you welcomed us with open arms &, frankly, wow-ed us.
As soon as we stepped foot in the ballroom my fiancé would not stop talking about how big the dance floor was compared to other places we looked at & I absolutely loved the lighting & ambiance. Looking around, I could see our guests mingling, dancing, & having an awesome time. As the tour went on, we continued to fall in the love with the outside gazebo, the cocktail hour set-up, & the private bridal suite. Leaving the hotel, I looked at my fiancé & said "crap!" because I thought I was set on a venue but now we had to make a decision.
We sat down, compared numbers, what we got for those numbers, & the general vibe we got from each location, & both agreed that The Windsor Ballroom was the perfect place for us. The other venue I was set on had gorgeous views, great big windows, & an overall romantic vibe while The Windsor Ballroom had a gorgeous, spacious ballroom with the party vibe I was really looking for. I want our guests to walk away saying "what a great party!!" instead of "what a great view". Add into that party vibe a soft romantic glow due to the perfect lighting & arrangement of candles that you showed me & we've got the ballroom we've dreamed about.
I also want to thank you for being so accommodating & friendly!! I know that I can call or e-mail you at anytime to stop in to check something (like how my centerpieces were going to look at the tables) or ask a million questions. I trust you that our day will go off without a hitch & will be seamless, which is what I was looking for in a venue.
Thank you again & I know you & I will become great friends over the next 10 months! November 12 can't get here soon enough!!

I just wanted to take some time to thank you for meeting with Pete, my Mom, and me last night. We had such a nice time and everything that is offered by The Windsor Ballroom is just so wonderful! As we stated last night, we cannot believe the value of everything that your package has to offer, and I personally think the other venues in the area should really take some tips from you guys. Your presentation at Bridal Shows and Food Tastings is something to be admired as you take the time to really make every bride and their guests feel welcome and special. I don’t even know where to being with this letter. First let me start by saying what an amazing job from the staff at Windsor Ballroom. Starting with the “60” blocked rooms, cocktail hour, wedding reception, the “after party” and the private room for the breakfast, should I continue?
Everyone at the Ballroom deserves credit for putting together an incredible event for my daughter’s wedding day. It could not have run any more perfect, down to the tiniest of details. Everything was done professionally, on time, and with so much care and dedication. The entire staff was at all times pleasant and professional to all our guests.
Kudos to the chef for an amazing display of food during the cocktail hour and a wonderful dinner served to every one of our guests at the reception. Also, thank you to the baker for a beautiful wedding cake and the specialty desserts, which were all absolutely delicious.
I know that our guests, all 210 of them, were in awe of the Windsor Ballroom facility and the staff. We cannot thank you enough. I hope this letter of gratitude will encourage others to plan with the Windsor Ballroom. I know first hand that they would not be disappointed.

What a Fabulous Wedding!!!!!
We just had to drop you a note to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful day you gave us!!! Melissa and Ian were so very thankful and felt so completely blessed not only by the gorgeous weather they had, but by everything running so smoothly the entire weekend! We received such great feedback from our guests about the Windsor Ballroom. Not only were they overwhelmed and impressed with the fantastic and absolutely phenomenal food, but the service was wonderful and the atmosphere was beautiful! The reception was absolutely flawless. You didn't miss a beat. We never even had to look for anyone for anything, and that was not taken for granted!!!
We will absolutely recommend the Windsor Ballroom and we look forward to coming back (we do have two more children) for future events! Thank you, thank you (and did we say thank you?) for all your hard work. We totally appreciate everything you all do to make your guests feel so special. You made us feel like we were the most important people in the world that day. You are all very talented people who really know how to throw an awesome party!!

I would like to thank you for all your help in making Amanda’s party such a success. I was able to enjoy myself at the party because of you and your staff. It was a pleasure working with you from the very beginning. You were very helpful in the planning of the party. You gave Amanda ideas on themes, room set up, picking out napkin and table cloth colors among other things. The day of the party when I needed to bring in some of the decorations early your staff was very accommodating and helpful. Since one of the buildings was too tall and hit the ceiling they were there to give ideas on how we could set it up… they were even ready to remove a ceiling tile. At the party everyone was just great; they kept everything moving and checked with me numerous times throughout the night. I was also happy to see that you were there overseeing the event. Again it was a pleasure working with you and if the occasion arises that I am having another party I would definitely come back to the Windsor Ballroom at the Holiday Inn. I would also recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you again!

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, courteous staff and overall result of executing my husband's 50th surprise party. I have had many many compliments from our guests who attended that the food was excellent, room set-up was nicely arranged, and the staff was attentive to any requests. Dan and I would like to thank you for our wedding. You were personable and friendly, and really made our day come together just as we wanted.
Dan and I are both very thankful for your help with the little things - like coming to our rooms in the morning to make sure everything was on schedule and checking in at the end of the party. You paid attention to every detail, like our escort card table, guest poster board, toasting flutes, and cake server. Your help with arranging the rooms and making us feel comfortable was a big one! Thank you for making the roses & candlelight theme come together. I am personally so happy with the way the cake came out! It looked just like the picture I sent you! Great Job!
Every event has its hiccups - but our night seemed like it went seamlessly! People raved about the food - especially at the cocktail hour. So our thanks goes out to the Chef and his staff as well. The entire bridal shower was perfect. Tara DiBianca did a wonderful job coordinating everything and ensuring that all of my requests were met. The presentation, table arrangements, cake and food display were very elegant. The servers were extremely attentive. Both women were constantly cleaning up plates from tables, refilling beverages before the pitchers were even ever close to empty, and monitored the buffet line constantly. I will certainly recommend the Holiday Inn to anyone looking to book an event. Thank you!

This entire experience was so wonderful. The Catering Sales Director made us feel special from the very first meeting and genuinely wanted to hear what we were looking for. She was interested in accommodating our requests and all conversations/emails/meetings were pleasant, relaxed, and productive. On the evening of the reception, about a half hour before the cocktail hour was to start, she asked my husband and me if she could get us a cocktail. She did, and my husband and I sat in the quiet of the cocktail reception area for about 20 minutes. It was so relaxing to be of the mainstream for just a short while. We also hosted a post-wedding breakfast, and she and our Maitre d’ did a great job on that as well. I would recommend - and have already recommended - the Windsor Ballroom to others. The food and service was EXCELLENT!! We have received many compliments. It was an awesome experience!!! Thank you for taking such good care of us on a very special day in our lives!
